Terms of Use and Sale

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you use the website for a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

Our products are offered for delivery to eligible addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not offer walk-in shopping, local collection, or customer pickup unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing for a specific order.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, availability, and fitment data accurate. However:

• product photographs may be representative, and appearance may vary by size, finish, production run, or manufacturer update;
• manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, tread patterns, finishes, accessories, or included hardware without notice;
• stock and supplier availability may change before an order is accepted; and
• typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occur.

If material information is incorrect, we may correct it, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different tire or wheel without your approval.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

Unless a product page or written quote clearly states otherwise, the displayed product price includes standard outbound shipping to an eligible U.S. delivery address. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the delivery destination and shown before payment is completed.

Return freight, expedited services, address-correction charges, special handling, installation, balancing, mounting, disposal fees, and other services are not included unless expressly stated.

Submitting an order is your offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated receipt, payment confirmation, or order-number email only confirms that we received the order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We accept an order when we send an acceptance, procurement, or fulfillment confirmation, or when the product is released for shipment, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:

• supplier unavailability;
• an incorrect price or product description;
• an inability to verify fitment or delivery information;
• suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or misuse;
• quantity limits;
• carrier restrictions; or
• a legal or safety concern.

If we cancel an order after payment was collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Payment information is entered into payment fields operated by the payment provider. Eco Hills does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

Your payment method may be authorized or charged when you place the order. If an order is not accepted, any completed charge will be refunded and any authorization hold will be released according to the payment provider and your financial institution's procedures.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing and delivery information you provide is accurate.

Eco Hills does not operate as a public walk-in warehouse. Products may be sourced from a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier after you order.

A product being supplier-sourced does not, by itself, make the purchase final sale.

When a product is shown as unavailable or out of stock, the website may allow you to submit a product request. A product request is not a completed purchase. We may contact you to confirm availability, price, expected timing, fitment information, and any special-order conditions before payment is taken.

A product will be treated as a special order, custom order, or final-sale item only when that restriction is clearly disclosed to you before payment. Examples may include discontinued products, unusual specifications, custom finishes, or items sourced specifically for your request. Special-order and custom items cannot be returned for preference, ordering error, or change of mind, but this does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

Fitment tools and product recommendations are based on information from manufacturers, suppliers, databases, and the vehicle information you provide. They are intended to narrow the available options, but they are not a guarantee that a product will fit every vehicle or every configuration.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including where relevant:

• year, make, model, trim, and drivetrain;
• original tire and wheel size;
• suspension, brake, hub, fender, body, or drivetrain modifications;
• lift or lowering kits;
• spacers, adapters, aftermarket brakes, or other non-factory parts;
• intended use and load requirements; and
• any staggered front and rear setup.

Factory-based fitment data may be inaccurate for a modified vehicle. Call (530) 608-3589 before ordering for a modified vehicle or whenever you are uncertain.

A qualified installer must perform a physical test fit and confirm clearance, bolt pattern, center bore, offset, diameter, width, load rating, speed rating, tire pressure monitoring system compatibility, and required hardware before tires are mounted, wheels are driven on, or the products are otherwise altered.

Do not rely only on an online result or AI-generated response when making a safety-critical fitment decision.

Eco Hills sells products online and does not provide installation through the website unless expressly stated for a specific order.

Tires and wheels must be inspected and installed by a qualified automotive professional using appropriate equipment and procedures. The installer is responsible for determining whether the products can be safely installed and used on the vehicle.

Information on the website is general product information, not mechanical, engineering, installation, or vehicle-safety advice. Do not drive a vehicle with an improperly fitted, damaged, underinflated, overloaded, or otherwise unsafe tire or wheel.

Our Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the accepted order, our standard delivery commitment is within 14 business days after order acceptance. Timing may be affected by supplier, carrier, weather, address, regional, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised period, we will communicate the delay, provide a revised date when reasonably available, and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Call (530) 608-3589 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order that has not shipped, but cancellation is not guaranteed after supplier procurement, customization, or fulfillment has begun. Any non-cancellable or final-sale condition must have been disclosed before payment.

If an order has shipped, it is handled under the Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy. Any legal right to cancel because of a shipment delay remains unaffected.

Some products include a manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty scope, duration, exclusions, required maintenance, claim procedures, and available remedies are determined by the manufacturer. We will provide reasonable assistance with a manufacturer warranty claim, but the manufacturer may require inspection, documentation, proof of maintenance, or submission through an authorized dealer.

Normal wear, road hazards, impact damage, improper inflation, overloading, racing, misuse, incorrect installation, cosmetic damage after installation, and damage caused by vehicle modifications may be excluded by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to any warranty or consumer right that applies by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or disclaims an implied warranty, product-liability obligation, or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The website may include an AI-powered assistant that answers general questions about tires, wheels, fitment concepts, products, orders, and Eco Hills.

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The assistant:

• does not guarantee that a specific product fits a specific vehicle;
• does not replace physical inspection or advice from a qualified installer;
• does not override the current product page, written quote, accepted order, or these policies;
• does not provide legal, mechanical, engineering, or safety advice; and
• should not be used for emergencies or for determining whether a vehicle is safe to drive.

Prices and availability shown on the product page or confirmed directly by Eco Hills control over any AI response.

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not:

• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• introduce malware or harmful code;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or systematically extract website content or inventory data without written permission;
• overload, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical restrictions;
• use false information or another person's payment method without permission;
• use the AI assistant for abusive, illegal, unrelated, or harmful activity; or
• violate applicable law or another person's rights.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the website, customers, or Eco Hills are at risk.

The website and its original text, design, graphics, software, branding, arrangement, and functionality are owned by or licensed to Eco Hills and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, logos, photographs, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply sponsorship beyond the applicable supplier, reseller, or commercial relationship.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for your own non-commercial purchasing use. No other right or license is granted.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and AI providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Eco Hills is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or conduct of a third-party website or service, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. The website may be suspended for maintenance, security, updates, supplier changes, or circumstances outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational features are provided on an "as available" basis. This website disclaimer does not eliminate any warranty or remedy that applies to products sold to consumers and cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco Hills will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an order, including lost profits or loss of data, when such damages may lawfully be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Eco Hills' aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Eco Hills for that order.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or non-waivable consumer or product rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not make you responsible for Eco Hills' own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer law applies.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Eco Hills agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by contacting the other party and providing a reasonable description of the issue and requested resolution.

Except for an eligible small-claims matter or where applicable law requires another forum, a dispute arising from these Terms or an order may be brought in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, California, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a government consumer-protection process.

We may update these Terms as the website, services, or law changes. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless both parties agree or the law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
